Welcome to Behind {Kerri's}...

You are probably wondering why I would name my blog as such well let me explain a little bit!

I am a working photographer who is trying to make a hobby a business and the name of my business is:  Behind {Kerri's} Lens.

With that, people always say they never know what is going to come out of my mouth, my brain, my thoughts, etc...so I felt since I am Kerri you never know what is Behind {Kerri's}... because it could be coming from my lens, my thoughts, my experiences, my friendships, my recipes, my marriage etc.

I hope you enjoy this blog and I also hope that I will keep with it and that it helps me in my times of frustration and struggles.

I have always loved writing and usually when I express my feelings best is when I write it out ( or type it out or text it out LOL)  so what better way then in a blog?  If I get many followers, GREAT if not, that is OK.

I will also post recipes of mine and of others that I have tried and tweaked and will do my best to make sure and give credit where credit is do.

I will also show some of my photography sessions that I have had, and also show off the photos I take of my family including my furry ones!!! All my photos will be watermarked for I don't want to take the chance AGAIN of people stealing my photos and taking credit for them!  If you are interested in what I do as a photographer and would like to see more, feel free to visit my Facebook page or send me a personal email or reply here for that information!

I also created this blog to help out local and out of state small business owners by posting about their businesses.  I will do my best to only post businesses that I have had personal business with, but sometimes I will post about a small business owner to help boost their customers!  I am all about helping out the small business, because well...I am one!

Some of the things I will post about you might not always agree and THAT IS OK!  We weren't meant to agree on EVERYTHING!  How boring of a world would that be.  I just ask you to respect my thoughts and opinions and not BASH my thoughts and opinions, as I would not bash yours.  I do my best to not judge people so I hope you will do your best to not judge me!

If you know me, you know that I speak my mind, sometimes that is a good thing and sometimes that is a bad thing, I have learned to filter it, and not just blurt it out anymore LOL but if you ask for my opinion you WILL get it good or bad, but the beauty of it...you don't HAVE to take my advice or adhere to my opinion isn't THAT cool?!!!!

So I would like to say...Buckle your seat belts because at times this could be a bumpy ride, but I wouldn't trade it for the world!!!!
